Is this product available for shipping worldwide?
For right now, we can only ship this product across Vietnam & Thailand. We will be available to ship to worldwide soon when we establish connection with international logistic vendor (DHL or Fedex)
What method of payment do I offer?
QR Scanning code will be sent to buyer via Email for cases by cases (MOMO, PAYPAL or Banking transfer: ACB)
Is there another site that I can purchase the product?
There are no others site that are holding the right to sell MD/Merch at the moment. We do not grant access, or right to sell our merch.
Is the MD/Merch refundable?
It is not refundable. But during shipping or packaging process by logistic side, there are chances that the Merch might get damaged. In that case, we will send you another copy for free if that Merch is still available, or we will exchange another available merch that are in stock or in production line.
Will the Merch get its "Birth Certification"?
Every Merch are considered to be an Artwork from us. It will get a Certification to celebrate each batch/product/item, that are handed to the collector with the shipping process (except for eg: totebag, mask, printed garments).
How long since purchasing can I received the product?
The lenght of production may varies from products, maximum in 2 weeks. Then it will be depended in the logistic side to ship it to you, you can receive your Merch.
